    Review recent updates in the labor and employment law world over the past year. Explore significant cases from the United States Supreme Court, anticipated cases and trends, and high-risk and emerging areas.

    Jess Osborne is a partner with Miller Nash LLP and represents public, private, and nonprofit employers in a variety of employment and labor relations matters. Jess guides employers through countless issues, including compliance with employment law statutes, challenges with organizational change, organized workforce questions, and conducting workplace investigations. Jess also represents clients in employment litigation related to wrongful discharge, wage and hour, and other related areas. In her labor relations practice, she negotiates collective bargaining agreements and represents employers in labor arbitrations and before the National Labor Relations Board.

    Liani Reeves is a partner with Miller Nash LLP and represents employers in a wide range of employment advice matters and litigation. She is an experienced litigator and works with clients to find the best resolution for each case. Liani also provides employment law advice and training to employers on how to comply with their legal responsibilities and works with employers to embrace diversity, equity, and inclusion values in the workplace. She is often hired as an external investigator to conduct investigations into sensitive and high-profile matters, including sexual misconduct, ethics violations, and harassment and discrimination.
