    Lauren Krimm, 2025 NHRMA Undergraduate Student Award recipient, has set a new standard for student engagement and leadership in HR across the Northwest. As Past President of Oregon State University’s HRMA chapter, Lauren built innovative programming and spearheaded community service partnerships, connecting students with both HR leaders and local nonprofits.

    The NHRMA Undergraduate Student Award (Honoring Robert Denomy) recognizes exceptional HR students for service and leadership. Awardees receive a $500 scholarship, SHRM professional membership, and special recognition at the NHRMA Conference, held recently in Anchorage, Alaska—an ideal launchpad for anyone passionate about shaping the future of work.

    Lauren has contributed to the development of training programs, policy creation, and onboarding processes, utilizing tools such as Workday.
