Planning ahead is a great idea, especially when student groups cycle through Fall and Spring terms on most campuses.  Why not get the HRLT - HR Leaders of Tomorrow - conference on the calendar now so that all students can target April 11-12 of 2025 for a leadership event developed especially for them?
