Should  I Earn a SHRM-CP or SCP?

Certificaiton is of value, as the process allows comparision of knoweldge and skill against a standard.  Part of its value is the effort required to review one's knoweldge and skill before taking the exam; the other part of the value is seeing the compairson between yourself and others in the field.
