Call for Presentations for the 2026 NHRMA Conference

    Before the new year's calendar is full of appointments and deadlines, take a minute to consider how you might serve your profession through a presentation at the 2026 NHRMA Conference.  Submit your speaker's proposal by February 6, 2026.

    What topics are sought? Here is a starter kit:

    • Strengthening leadership skills in evolving workplaces.

    • Building inclusive, engaged, and high-performing teams.

    • Using technology thoughtfully to support—not replace—the human experience.

    • Preparing HR leaders to guide their organizations through change with vision and empathy.

    • Creating and supporting an ethical workplace

    • Responding to ethical dilemmas (HR responding but also helping employees/managers respond)

    • HR and managerial practices for supporting a global and mobile workforce

    • Using data and research to support evidence-based decision-making

    • Developing employees and creating a leadership pipeline

    • Creating an HR structure that supports the business

    NHRMA encourages speakers to propose sessions aligning with the described tracks, ensuring content is relevant to HR professionals in Alaska, Washington, and Oregon. Provide attendees with key takeaways they can put into practice after the conference.
