Congratulations to Shaye Tuttle: 2025 NHRMA Undergraduate Award Recipient

    Shaye Tuttle

HRMA is delighted to honor Shaye Tuttle, a senior at Gonzaga University and President of SHRM Student Chapter #5444, as this year’s Undergraduate Award recipient. Shaye’s commitment to HR excellence, her journey from introvert to impactful leader, and her passion for inclusion and belonging stand out in our region’s next generation of HR leaders. She leads by example—encouraging fellow students, building community, and demonstrating that leadership in HR is about standing with others on their growth journey.

Shaye’s achievements include both academic excellence and real HR experience, including preparing for the SHRM-CP exam and mentoring her peers. As she looks toward graduation in 2026, Shaye represents the best of what NHRMA and the SHRM student chapters stand for: lifelong learning, servant leadership, and a commitment to building a better workplace for all.

The Robert Denomy Undergraduate Award is part of NHRMA's enduring investment in the future of human resources across Alaska, Washington, and Oregon. If you are a student or HR professional ready for your next step, join the NHRMA community, attend our events, and consider applying for next year’s awards and scholarships at nhrma.shrm.org.
