NEGOTIATION SKILLS FOR HR PROFESSIONALS

DR. FRANK JEFFRIES
Frank Jeffries holds a BA in Marketing, an MBA, and a Ph.D. in Business Administration. Prior to entering academia, he worked for 15 years in the high-tech industry gaining experience in sales, sales management, product management, and program management positions. He is currently retired as Professor Emeritus of Management at the College of Business and Public Policy at UAA. During his career at the College of Business and Public Policy, he taught courses at the senior and graduate level in negotiation, organizational behavior, and organization development. He has published over 30 research papers on negotiation, generational differences in motivation, safety culture, and trust. He has consulted for local and national businesses and has experience as a management and negotiation coach.
