Learning Is Winning!

Three attendees at the 2024 NHRMA Conference and Tradeshow were awarded access to new training resources offered through NHRMA's partnership with AIHR. AIHR, the Academy to Innovate HR, provides courses, certificates, a resource library, and live events on business and HR topics, with SHRM and HRCI continuing education credit offered.

NHRMA winners included Pamela Sylvester, Brynna Epperly, and Charmaine Endicott. Over the next six months, these professionals will have access to mini-courses, including HR Trends & Strategies, chatGPT for HR, High-Impact Performance Management, and HR Consulting Skills. In addition, they will have unlimited access to the AIHR Resource Library and Global HR Practitioners' Community, as well as AIHR live events.
