    Program Structure:

    Three Webinars: The program is infused with new content delivered in three insightful webinars led by Dan Horgan, providing invaluable insights into the world of HR, career development strategies, and navigating professional challenges. These sessions serve as a foundation for the mentoring journey and provide sufficient structure for first-timers and seasoned mentors and mentees.

    Three Mentor-Mentee Sessions: Between the webinars, participants engage in one-on-one sessions with their mentors.     Time Frame The program spans three months, starting in May 2024. Within this period, mentees have the chance to make significant strides in their professional journey under the guidance of their mentors. Mentors refresh their coaching and mentoring skills, as well.
