HR Leaders of Tomorrow (HRLT) 2026 will be here before you know it.

This student conference is set for April 17-18 in partnership with the SHRM State Councils of Alaska, Oregon, Washington, and Idaho. While this is a conference is primarily for students, the name "HRLT" can be associated with the broader "HR Leaders of Tomorrow" initiative within NHRMA, which offers opportunities for students and aspiring HR professionals.
