2026 Conference Call for Presentations Open Until February 6

    December 19, 2025

Interested in presenting to decision makers in human resource management? See the Call for Presentations form and information.  The September 2026 event will reach HR and other business leaders in the tri-state area of Alaska, Oregon, and Washington.  Be present to share your knowledge!

This year's theme highlights the essential role of HR leaders in shaping the workplace of tomorrow. It emphasizes leadership development, fostering engagement, and building inclusive, resilient cultures while embracing technology and tools—including AI—where they support people and processes.

In addition to SHRM’s BASK-related conference sessions, we’re especially interested in sessions that align with this year’s conference theme. Specific topics we’re interested in include:

    • Creating and supporting an ethical workplace
    • Responding to ethical dilemmas (HR responding/helping employees/managers respond)
    • HR and managerial practices forsupporting a global and mobile workforce
    • Using data and research to support evidence-based decision-making
    • Developing employees and creating a leadership pipeline
    • Creating an HR structure that supports the business

Workshop sessions are 60-75 minutes and pre-conference workshops are 3 hours.
