Pamela Mack is an owner and President of the employment screening company, Occuscreen, LLC. Occuscreen is a local employment screening provider which helps employers nationwide make informed hiring decisions with FCRA-compliant background checks, verifications, and drug testing services. She served on the Portland Human Resource Management Association Board of Directors for more than nine years and was president in 2015. She also volunteers with the Dave’s Killer Bread Second Chance Foundation.
Katie Slick, SPHR, SHRM SCP
Katie Slick, SHRM-SCP, SPHR is currently consulting with various restaurant groups and has been a practitioner in Human Resources for over 18 years. Ms. Slick has worked for a variety of different industries and served on the PHRMA board of directors off and on since 2005.

Allison Brown is a senior level HR, OD, and learning & development professional. She specializes in change management, leadership and employee development, strategic human resources and coaching. Allison is a certified coach and has current certifications through SHRM, HRCI, and ATD.
