    Natalie Miller is the Vice President with the Portland office of Lee Hecht Harrison.  her talent is in partnering with organizations to help them grow and develop their employees and managers, protect their employer brand, and help individuals reach their professional & personal aspirations.  Her passion is in developing people to find a great work-life blend. She is an active people connector and learner!

    Natalie has been SHRM and Portland SHRM Chapter member for 20 years, served on the Board for 10 years, including serving as President in 2009. Outside of her day job & volunteer projects, Natalie loves spending time with her husband and two dogs Marvin, out in the wilderness hiking, backpacking & camping.
