NHRMA Chapter Excellence Award Honoring Randy Lundberg


    PURPOSE

    This award recognizes Association Chapters for outstanding achievement in programming and operations.  This award is named for NHRMA Awards and Recognition Director Randy Lundberg, a member of the Rogue Valley Chapter, who was designing an award to recognize NHRMA Chapter Achievements at the time of his death in 1994. 
     

    CRITERIA FOR NOMINATION

    • Creative programs designed to meet the professional development needs of chapter members
    • Innovative programs designed to promote certification
    • Programs designed to enhance workplace literacy and meet the needs of employers and job seekers
    • Programs constructed to improve community relations, education, diversity, and work and family issues
    • Programs designed to advance entry-level HR practitioners into the profession
    • You may submit prior-year SHRM Excel award nominations


    ELIGIBILITY

    The nominee must meet all of the following criteria:

    • SHRM Excel Award obtained the year prior to this submission
    • Good standing as a SHRM Chapter
    • Submission demonstrates outstanding achievement and excellence in chapter programming and operations

    Please type your 500 word nomination statement here briefly describing the project or achievement for which the chapter is being recognized. Please also describe how it is consistent with the mission of the chapter and its members. Where appropriate list chapter members who were involved in developing and producing the project or achievement. It is recommended you type your letter in a separate word document, then copy and paste into this section. No other documentation will be accepted.
