Collaboration and Partnership Committee Survey

The Collaboration and Partnership Committee was tasked with the following five items:

Develop training for NHRMA board members on the mission/role of NHRMA and partnership with the 3 states by the end of 2022
Define the value add of NHRMA to the chapters by summer of 2022
Develop guidelines for decisions regarding new NHRMA initiatives and state requests by the end of 2022
Create training for the state councils to deliver at leadership training the mission and value of NHRMA by fall 2022
Review and update guidelines for qualifications to serve on the NHRMA board positions by end of June 2022

The survey questions below were designed to help the committee articulate the Value of NHRMA to local SHRM affiliate chapters & councils (current state, not desired state), develop guidelines for future Decisions regarding new NHRMA initiatives, and define the Qualifications to serve on the NHRMA board.
