This presentation is designed to give HR students a basic understanding of HR analytics. During this presentation, participants will learn the basic concept of HR analytics, its importance to HR and business. The goal for this presentation is to help reduce the apprehension of analytics and set the foundation for broader and more effective use of analytics across the HR field.

Chance has held a variety of leadership positions in his more than fourteen years of HR consulting and workforce solutions experience, supporting clients of all sizes and in virtually all industry verticals. He has a SHRM-CP certification as well as a PHR certification through the HR Certification Institute. Chance has been serving as a SHRM Volunteer Leader for the past eleven years and is currently serving as the President-Elect for the Northwest Human Resource Association (NHRMA). Chance specializes in evaluating business needs, as well as designing and implementing solutions. His role is to understand clients’ workforce & organizational development objectives and to align industry resources, technologies, and programs to deliver best-in-class solutions.
